Stop throwing away your beet greens, they are a tasty treat!
Serves 2
1 bunch Beet Greens, two large hand fulls, trim stems, washed,
1 12 fluid Oz. Rice Vinegar, roasted garlic (www.mizkan.com)
1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce (www.huyfong.com)
2 tablespoons white sugar
Wash the beet greens, trim the red stalks, roughly chop. International House Dressing: in a mixing bowl, add rice vinegar, sugar and chili garlic sauce, mix well. In a large steam pot, steam the beet greens until tender. Place greens into a side dish and cover with ¼ cup International House Dressing. WOW!
