Chinese Cabbage InternationalChinese cabbage is a wonderful flavor vehicle with International House dressing!
Serves 4
1 large Chinese cabbage, base cut off, leaves separated
1 12 fluid Oz. Rice Vinegar, roasted garlic (www.mizkan.com)
1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce (www.huyfong.com)
2 tablespoons white sugar
Wash the cabbage leaves, in a large steam pot, steam the cabbage leaves until tender. International House Dressing, in a mixing bowl, add rice vinegar, sugar and chili garlic sauce, mix well. Place leaves into a side dish, cover with ¼ cup International House Dressing. WOW!
