4 cups shredded green papaya
4 cherry tomatoes
2 sweet cherry peppers (mezzetta.com/cherrypepper)
1 12 oz Rice Vinegar (www.mizkan.com)
1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Sauce (www.huyfong.com)
2 tablespoons white sugar
Arrange green papaya in salad bowl, Space cherry tomatoes and place cherry pepper in center.
International House Salad Dressing: In a mixing bowl add 1-12 oz. rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Sauce two teaspoons sugar. Mix thoroughly and taste. If not spicy enough, add second teaspoon of Chile Garlic Sauce and taste. Anything past 2 teaspoons is considered “hot,” so a little goes a long way.
