Another “One Pan Stan” meals, so easy and one pan!
Serves 2
1 lb hamburger (85 lean)
1 14.5 oz. Diced tomatoes, (fire roasted if possible, Italian style optional)
4 cloves crushed garlic
¼ cup Teriyaki sauce or lite soy sauce.
2 tablespoons sesame seed oil (dark)
In a 10-inch frying pan, add oil and heat until oil is hot, add garlic, sauté until garlic starts to turn brown. Add hamburger and cook. Tip pan to one side, pulling the hamburger up toward handle, to allow any excess grease to drain, remove with spoon. Place back on heat, add diced tomatoes and teriyaki sauce and simmer until liquid starts to thicken or your preferred consistency.
