Want an easy Cajun sauce that spikes your taste buds while still not overwhelming what it garnishes, this is it! Great on crab cakes, pork, chicken, beef or for a pick-me-up on a sandwich.

2 cups mayonnaise
2 stalks celery, minced
1 white onion, minced
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons horseradish
1 tablespoon brown mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 crushed bay leaves
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup Deli-Sliced Peperoncini w/ juice (G.L. Mezzetta, Inc, American Canyon, Napa Valley, CA. 94503, www. mezzetta.com.)

Mix all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl, cool for 1 hour. Whamo!
