1, 10 oz. bag French Cut (matchstix) carrots (www.bolthouse)
1 large or 2 medium bunches green onions, butt removed, tops trimmed, sliced.
1 12 oz. Rice Vinegar, roasted garlic (www.huyfong.com)
1 tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce (www.huyfong.com.)
2 tablespoons white sugar
Place carrots into non-reactive large bowl, cover with International House Dressing and marinade for 20 minutes stirring every few minutes. Portion the sliced carrots into four salad dishes, Trim the roots and tips of the green onions, slice and portion to bowls. International House Dressing: in a mixing bowl, add rice vinegar, sugar and chili garlic sauce, mix well. WOW!
