1 large pork chop per person
¼ cup Cortas Pomegranate Molasses (www.cortasfood.com) per person
Either pan fry or grill port chop, turning every few minutes on Medium heat, until internal temperature is 140 degrees. Drizzle Cortas Pomegranate Molasses around inside edge of plate, place pork chop on center and Viola!
